2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping

We ship worldwide from Paris, France.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Once shipped, we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item you receive is significantly misrepresented in the listing. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

5. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all item details, descriptions, and measurements prior to purchasing. Our team is available to provide additional information or photos upon request.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
